Learn the basics as you take in the sights. An experience that will introduce you to the thrill of moving under sail.

An IYT Accredited Sailing School, Eventide delivers recreational sail training and private sailing experiences in Perth, Western Australia, catering for all levels of experience.

Eventide is a spacious, stable 38 foot Lagoon sailing catamaran offering an opportunity to experience sailing in comfort and safety.

A relaxed sailing experience suitable for age 8 and above

Set sail and learn about:

Basic Safety equipment

Vessel layout

Basic deck equipment

How sails work

Basic sail handling skills

Basic ropework and learn how to tie a knot or two!

Includes:

lifejackets

bottled water

light morning/afternoon tea 

Please wear sunscreen and a hat

Please no dark soled shoes as they mark the deck

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure

A hands on sailing experience for the whole family

Ages 8 and above

DAll participants receive an IYT Try Sailing Course Completion Certificate at the end of the experience.

Departs:

Port Coogee where the is plenty of free parking onsite 

Suggested departure time: 9am

Finish time: 1pm

or 1pm - 4pm
